PEAKS Testing: March 29-April 30
Our wolf pup students will start their summative state-required PEAKS testing at the end of March. The testing window opens on March 29th, but our students will begin on March 30th. The state requires that we test reading, writing and math for grades 3-6; as well as testing science in 5th grade. We will be take one test on each day, for a total of three days of testing. 5th graders will have a fourth day of testing. The full schedule is listed below.
4th Grade & 6th Grade: March 30, 31 and April 1st.
3rd Grade: April 6, 7 and 8.
5th Grade: April 6, 7, 8, and 9 (one extra day for the science test)
It is important to note that all testing must take place here at school. Students who are remote will have to come in to school to complete the assessment.
Parents have the right to make educational decisions for their children, including whether to participate in statewide testing. If you would like more information about PEAKS testing please click the link: https://www.k12northstar.org/Page/8871
