School Efficiency & 2022-23 Preliminary Budget | November 24, 2021
The 2022-23 preliminary budget presentation illustrates the large funding shortfalls the district is facing next year - upwards of $17 million. To help balance the budget, the Board of Education and the district are exploring how to use school buildings more effectively and efficiently.

The Board will be presented a report of the task force’s recommendations at the work session on Monday, December 6.
The details of the task force’s recommendations will be made public on Thursday, December 2, and both options will include the closing of at least two school buildings and the possible closing and repurposing of another school building.
