Transcripts and Records
Academic transcripts are maintained and released in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). High school students, current and/or former, may request electronic transcripts through Parchment. Transcripts and academic records may be requested in-person, via mail/email/fax, or by telephone to the Student Records department as long as proper identification is obtained.
Current students may contact their school's counseling office for assistance as well.

*NOTE: High School Equivalency Diplomas and transcripts are issued by the State of Alaska and not maintained in our district offices or schools. You can request a copy of your GED here.
Parent Consent for Release of Information
This document authorizes the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District to release confidential information to an entity you designate.
Parent Notification of Rights Information (FERPA)
This document informs parents and students 18 years of age or older, of their rights regarding disclosure of educational records and directory information based on the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.
