Parent Teacher Conferences

*Semester 1 Parent Engagement Conferences are as follows:

Monday Oct.,  31, 2022           7:30 am – 10:30 am & 11:30 am – 3:30 pm
Tuesday Nov., 01,  2022          11:00 am – 3:00 pm & 4:00 – 7:00 pm

*All conferences will be scheduled online through PowerPTC. 
You can access PowerPTC through a link in your Parent PowerSchool account located on the upper right-hand side of the PowerSchool home page.

*INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO NAVIGATE THE ONLINE SCHEDULING PROCESS ARE BELOW.

* Scheduled conference times are 8 minutes long with a 2 minute "travel time" between conferences. Your promptness for scheduled appointments is greatly appreciated.

*For families that do not have an email address, internet /computer access, or miss the sign-up window period of October 20-27 , you may call 479-4221 for help in setting up a parent PowerSchool account, and getting scheduled.

West Valley Students with Classes at HUTCHISON 
If your child attends classes at Hutchison High School, you will need to call and set up their conference times separately.
