Welcome

  • Weller is a K-6 school which offers traditional grade instruction as well as multi-age and looping classes. Weller opened in 1983, is located about six miles northeast of downtown Fairbanks, and is surrounded by beautiful birch and spruce trees.

    The mission of Weller Elementary, a family and community oriented school, is to develop in students a strong educational foundation and a desire to learn, by promoting challenging, diverse learning opportunities, family partnerships, a safe environment, and a respect for every student's uniqueness.

    Weller is a family and community oriented school, and we are very proud of our talented and dedicated staff, our supportive and caring parents, and our hardworking and eager students.
