Learning Options

  • Students have three learning options:

    • In-Person Instruction (default option)

    • eLearning: Secondary students can learn at home with district curriculum taught by a certified teacher.

    • Homeschool through Fairbanks BEST: Student curriculum and instruction is led by the family, with support available from BEST staff.

  • Share your first day of school photo!

    Email your photo, along with student name and school, to publicrelations@k12northstar.org. You can also share your photo on Twitter, and Instagram using ‪#‎k12northstar‬. We will share your first day of school photos on the district website and social media!
