Instructional Technology
The Instructional Technology Team provides support and professional learning opportunities to FNSBSD educators in the use of district supported software, tools, and digital curriculum materials.
The Instructional Technology Team also seeks to:
- collaborate with teachers to design student experiences focused on authentic learning and curricular objectives
- promote and model digital citizenship and responsible tech use
- explore and pilot new and emerging technologies
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
The School Board recognizes that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the District enhances student learning and staff productivity.
AI should support, not replace, professional and academic work. Staff and students are responsible for everything they write, post, share, or submit, whether it is an original piece or work or contains AI-generated content.
