Extended Learning Program

The Extended Learning Program (ELP), formerly known as the Gifted & Talented Program, is an integral component of our educational system. The mission of ELP is to cultivate the growth and development of advanced learners, empowering them to reach their full academic and emotional potential.
ELP coaches work in conjunction with general education teachers in grades 1 - 5 to provide enrichment, curriculum differentiation, and both social and targeted academic support, ensuring advanced learners remain consistently challenged.
ELP identified students in grades 6 - 12 are encouraged to pursue their interests through a variety of advanced coursework and specialized programs offered at each secondary school.

Our team is expanding for the 2026 - 2027 school year!
We are seeking innovative and collaborative educators to join our reimagined Extended Learning Program (ELP).
As we transition to a team-centered structure, we are looking for forward-thinking educators who are excited about creating impactful, high-level learning experiences for students in grades 1 - 5. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about supporting advanced learners, we invite you to apply and help us build this exciting new chapter.
