Reviews and approves collaborative project agreements and grants that involve the district

Grant Approval Process  

1. For grants less than $5,000:
    a. Employee must complete this pre-application for the Director of Grants to consider

2. For grants over $5,000:
    a. Employee must complete this summary for the Grant Review Committee to consider
    b. Employee must complete this worksheet for the Chief Operating Officer to consider

3. Upon Committee and COO approval, you may submit your grant application to the funder

4. When your grant application is selected by the funder
    a. The Committee will consider a grant acceptance summary
    b. Upon Committee approval, the Board will consider a grant acceptance summary
    c. Upon Board approval, a grant account will be created to expend the funds as planned

Collaborative Project Agreement Approval Process  

1. Complete this sample MOA/U for the Committee to consider 
2. Upon Committee approval, the agreement will be routed to the Superintendent to sign
3. Upon Superintendent approval, the agreement will be routed to the collaborator to sign 
4. Upon a fully signed agreement, collaborative activities may begin
