SPED Records Request

Written special education records requests can be:

• Emailed to sped.records@k12northstar.org         

• Faxed to (907) 451-6005
• Brought in person to 520 5th Avenue Fbks, Ak 99701.  The Special Education Office is located on the Fourth Floor, Suite E. (Please be sure to have your ID with you when you come in.)

When sending a request for records, please be sure to include name of student, date of birth, records needed, and a form of ID to verify identity. If the student is 18, we will need for them to request the records themselves unless you are their legal guardian.  Thank you.

We no longer have records dated today's date, 1996 and older.
