Product Information
We're committed to providing nutritious meals that meet the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, as required by the 2010 Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act. Below, you'll find links to PDF files for the various food products used in our district kitchens. These files contain nutritional and ingredient information based on the best data available from our manufacturers and vendors.
Please remember that while our meal patterns align with federal guidelines, children may consume larger or smaller amounts than the stated portion sizes.
Important Information About Food Allergens
Student safety is our priority. We make every reasonable effort to educate our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In accordance with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act, major allergens — milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, wheat, and shellfish — are identified on food labels when provided by manufacturers.
However, it's crucial to understand the following:
-
We may not know the exact ingredients used in all food and beverage items, as our lists rely on manufacturer information.
-
Food manufacturers are not required to label for "cross-contact" contamination, which can occur during harvesting, transportation, manufacturing, processing, or storage.
-
Due to these factors, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of major food allergens in our menu items.
-
Additionally, based on vendor availability, food products may be substituted with similar brands without prior notice.
Parents/guardians of students with anaphylaxis to certain foods are responsible for their child’s food selections and consumption of any food product sold or provided by the school. Please be aware of the potential hazards associated with consuming food not provided from home.
