The Teacher Apprenticeship Program is a paid, hands-on learning experience designed to help aspiring educators gain classroom experience, receive professional mentorship, and work toward earning their teaching credentials—all while making a difference in local schools.

Compensation: Paid apprenticeship with FNSBSD

Plus: Tuition and fee assistance available through the University of Alaska Fairbanks

Who Should Apply?
We're looking for individuals who:

Have a bachelor’s degree or at least 78 credit hours toward a degree in education

Are passionate about teaching and working with children
-
Are committed to completing a degree and teacher certification program

Have prior experience in school-based or child-centered settings
-
Can balance full-time work with college classes
-
Want to earn while they learn in a supportive school environment
