Capital Improvement Plans

The Capital Improvement Plan allows the Schol District to vie for the funding of routine building upgrades to extend or enhance the lifespan of District facilities or to address specific needs to maintain building functionality or address significant improvements.

Maintenance supervisors evaluate immediate needs, deferred work, prioritize maintenance, & plan for the execution of future projects.  Renewal & replacement of electrical, mechanical, structural & other facility components is scheduled & reevaluated on an annual basis in conjunction with the Borough Public Works Department.  Proposals are evaluated & scored based on a variety of considerations such as the need, feasibility, & available funding sources in order to prioritize potential projects
