Coordinate a Drive for Basic Needs:  

Bright Futures Fairbanks wants to help you donate food, clothing/winter gear, school supplies, etc. for children in need at the school of your choice or wherever the need is greatest. Use this guide to coordinate your own drive to collect and distribute food, clothing/winter gear, school supplies, etc. 

Host a Parent Boot Camp: 

Bright Futures Fairbanks hosts Parent Boot Camps which include learning sessions, community resource fairs, lunch, and childcare at no cost to participants.  Use this handbook as a guide to host your own Parent Boot Camp. 

Participate in Positive Picketing For Educators: 

Bright Futures Fairbanks, The Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way hold signs with positive messages of appreciation and encouragement for school teachers, principals, and staff on their first day back to work after the summer break. 

Host a Resilience Film Screening: 

Are you interested in hosting a screening of Resilience at your school, church, workplace, etc.? Bright Futures Fairbanks has a DVD for check out.
