Please be aware that each union has a different application process. Pay special attention to the requirements for the union apprenticeship you plan to apply for.

Supporting Documentation

The following items will be needed in addition to your application:

1) Proof of Age (Birth Certificate or Passport)

2) Letter of interest expressing reasons for applying to the School to Apprenticeship program

3) Current Resume containing work history

4) Official High School Transcripts

• Include university transcripts for any Tech Prep credits received

5) School Attendance Record

6) WorkKeys Scores 

• Contact Audra Forsman in the CTE department to schedule a WorkKeys test

7) Valid State of Alaska driver's license with a copy of driving record

8) Two letters of reference (One must be from the applicant's school)
