Career & Technical Education Advisory Committee

The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District’s CTE Advisory Committee (CTEAC) is open to the public and welcomes input from any persons with an interest or involvement in Career Education at any of our meetings. Committee membership is not required for participation; however, we encourage community members to apply for the various committee membership positions noted in the application. Committee members will act in an advisory capacity regarding CTE in the district. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please complete the application form and return it to CTE Technician, Julie Luddington.

The workplace environment students enter after graduation is constantly changing and becoming increasingly technical. The district's Career and Technical Education programs provide a diverse student population with a dynamic and meaningful educational experience that will prepare them to succeed in that environment. The Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee works to ensure the district is keeping pace with the work environment.
