Labor Negotiations
The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District and the Education Support Staff Association (ESSA) are engaged in negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement.
The district is committed to a good-faith bargaining process focused on reaching an agreement that supports education support staff while maintaining long-term financial stability for the district and continued support for students.
