    Diversity, Equity, and Acceptance for All

    The Fairbanks North Star Borough School District is committed to supporting our diverse student and family population by creating safe and welcoming learning environments. We believe sharing individual experiences and listening to others is the best way to build meaningful connections. 

    We are pleased to provide School Community Engagement Sessions for each school community to promote positive connections and belonging through understanding and awareness.   These School Community Engagement Sessions will be hosted with the skilled support of national and local trainers from the National Coalition Building Institute.  

    Parents, students, and staff are invited to attend the School Community Engagement Session that aligns to their school attendance area.
