    • The Fairbanks BEST Homeschool program has increased from 25 to 125 students over the past five years, 95% of the students who enrolled for the 2018-19 school year remained enrolled for the entire year and 5% graduated early.
    • In the 2018-19 school year, there were 43,793 total health office visits. Of those visits, 80% of the students were returned to their classroom.
    • 100% of the students in treatment at Golden Heart Academy in the Fairbanks Youth Facility participate in University of Alaska Fairbanks Automotive Classes and Stone’s Throw Culinary Arts Skills Training. 
    • The drop out rate of 390 secondary students served by Social Service Managers over a one year period was reduced by 50%.
    • Old and new … Chinook was the first charter school in the state to renew its charter for ten years and is now in its 23 year of operation. The first K-8 Charter school in North Pole, Discovery Peak will be opening its doors in the fall of 2019.
