How do I add an Asset to a Work Order?
Some request types may give you the option to add an asset to your work order. To do this, type the asset tag number into the search field, then click Search. The asset should populate under Ticket Assets.
How do I enter a workorder for Timekeeping/Payroll?
Timekeeping Request Types
Application: TCP administration - Employee visibility, access, permissions issues.
Equipment: Time Clock issues - Hardware Only
Payroll issues: Missing hours, incorrect rates etc...
