The Technology department has been restructuring the Web Help Desk user interface.  We have cut down the number of choices by combining the various IT and Technology request types under the Technology category.

Please be as descriptive as possible with your request detail, this will help our support team correctly categorize and forward your work order to the appropriate technician. In general, if you feel that you are having a Technology Issue, either equipment or software and it does not fit in any of the other request types (FMD, Teaching and Learning, Timekeeping, Print Shop, Shipping and Receiving), feel free to use this request type.
