    Adopt a School: 

    Bright Futures Fairbanks wants to help you donate food, clothing/winter gear, school supplies, etc. for children in need at the school of your choice or wherever the need is greatest. Use this webpage, resources guide, and Facebook page to support your efforts. 

    Internet Connectivity Project:

    Bright Futures Fairbanks, Fairbanks Council of PTAs, and Fairbanks Native Association will provide funding to low-income families for Internet access to support remote learning transitions due to COVID 19. Click to apply for assistance or make a donation

    Parent Boot Camp: 

    Bright Futures Fairbanks hosts Parent Boot Camps which include learning sessions, community resource fairs, lunch, and childcare at no cost to participants.  Use this handbook as a guide to host your own Parent Boot Camp. 

    Positive Picketing For Educators: 

    Bright Futures Fairbanks, The Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way hold signs with positive messages of appreciation and encouragement for school teachers, principals, and staff on their first day back to work after the summer break. 

    School MVP Awards: 

    Bright Futures Fairbanks, in partnership with the school district, presents awards to outstanding School Mentors, Volunteers, and Partners every April. 

    Service Learning: 

    The No One Left Behind Awards is a collaborative student service learning project that recognizes outstanding first responders in dispatching, emergency medical services, firefighting, and law enforcement in November. Proceeds help provide homeless men, women, and children food, clothing, and a safe environment to sleep in at the Fairbanks Rescue Mission.

    Resilience Film Screening: 

    Are you interested in hosting a screening of Resilience at your school, church, workplace, etc.? Bright Futures Fairbanks has a DVD for check out.
