• Software Requests

    To determine if you need to submit a software request form, view the Supplemental Digital Content flowchart at https://www.k12northstar.org/Page/7055.

    Per Administrative Regulation 801.23, an employee seeking approval for the purchase of new software, including web-based and mobile device applications, must submit this request form. Forms must be received by the first of each month in order to be evaluated during that month. Any form received after the deadline will be reviewed the following month.

    To request a review and approval of new software, please fill out the form below and email to Jennifer Morgan, Materials Development Specialist at jennifer.morgan@k12northstar.org, or FAX to: 451-6024; or submit through the inter-school mail system via the Dept. of Teaching & Learning (TL).
