Apply for a North Star email account. This form must be printed and signed by all new staff members, signed by your supervisor, and returned to the Human Resources Dept.
This form replaces the proxy agreement for teacher accounts. Print and complete this form, have the principal sign it, and return it to the Student Information Systems Department.
Temporary staff may apply for a PowerSchool account or renew their t-number account. Please print and complete, have your supervisor sign it, and return it to the Student Information Systems Department.
This Acceptable Use Policy & Agreement (AUP) is in place so that students, families, and staff (Users) are aware of their responsibilities and must be accepted before checking out devices from the district.
