Welcome to our P.E. page! I will add links to a variety of fitness activities that students can do for physical activity. I know this is NOT the type of P.E. class that most of you have learned to love and enjoy! Well me neither. I am hoping that students no matter what grade you are in can choose a fitness goal to accomplish by the end of the school year. This goal can be anything from walking a mile in less than 15 minutes, crunches, jogging a mile without stopping, doing 30 push-ups without stopping, doing the plank for 2 minutes straight, learning how to ski, snowboard, or work on flexibility.
It can be anything you want to improve physically. I miss you all and wish that we were back in school! Miss and LOVE you all!

Weekly fitness logs Students can log anything that they did each day to their weekly fitness logs. It too can be anything you did that is physical. It can be anything for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, walking the dog, taking my little brother for a walk to give my parents a break, hauling wood for our fireplace, or jogging. Don’t stress about what you do, just do something and get moving!
