School District Email
On June 20th, 2015, the School District migrated to a new email server, Microsoft Exchange. As part of this migration, your existing email and calendars were carried over into the new system.
As a result we now have a new webmail interface, called Outlook Web App (or OWA for short). You can access it under the Staff Resources menu, or by simply pointing your favorite web browser to webmail.k12northstar.org. Additionally, we also support using the Outlook email client (on Mac and Windows), as well as the built-in Mail apps on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. The documentation available below will get you started and guide you through some of the common tasks you may need as you use the new system.

A Shared Mailbox is an email address with its own set of folders (Inbox, etc.) that multiple people can access and manage. Make sure you start on the right page for your email client, this one document has instructions for Outlook Web App (Webmail) (page 1), Outlook for Mac (page 3), and Outlook for Windows (page 5).
