A new form must be submitted for each school year. Form is distributed at the end of May of each year.

Alaska has received a waiver for the implementation of the Real ID Act requirements (https://www.dhs.gov/real-id/about-real-id).  Alaska issued driver's licenses (REAL ID or standard) will be accepted for military access until May 7, 2025 at which time a REAL ID will be required.  Information on obtaining a REAL ID is located here: http://doa.alaska.gov/dmv/akol/ID%20News.htm
