Mrs. Sara TenHagen

Mrs. TenHagen was born and raised in Tifton, Georgia. After graduating high school she attended Valdosta State University and obtained a dual Bachelors degree in Early childhood Education and Special Education. After graduating college she taught for one year in Valdosta, Georgia. After that year, Mrs TenHagen and her husband made their first military move from Georgia to Alaska. In her free time, Mrs. TenHagen loves hiking and kayaking while exploring Alaska in the summer with her husband and two dogs, Duke and Diesel. In the winter, Mrs.TenHagen enjoys both cross country skiing and downhill skiing all around Alaska. This is her third year teaching in Alaska, but her second year at Anderson Elementary. Mrs. TenHagen is so excited to be at Anderson Elementary and is excited to have the best year with her class of little Thunderbirds!
