Excellence and Equity for All

Announcements

  • Electronic technologies and online tools play an increasingly important role in school district communication and instruction. FNSBSD wants to continue to embrace useful digital advances, but realizes that not all families have the same access to internet and technologies. Please help us to assess how readily available technology and internet access are for our students by completing a short survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/fnsbsd-technology by Feb. 6. Printed copies will be sent home with elementary students and mailed to secondary student families beginning the week of Jan. 16. An email was sent to parents with this link on Friday, 1/13.  Please complete only one survey per family.

  • Thanks to the efforts of parents, students, and staff, our school collected 6,496 cans this year. This will go a long way toward helping people in our community who are less fortunate. Well done, Falcons!

  • On October 14, Odom and University park Elementary School were recognized for their long-standing school-business partnership.  Odom supplies refreshments for family nights, science fair judges, and helps transport pumpkins for the traditional third grade sale. Odom Corporation has assisted UPK in various ways for over a decade!  Yea, Odom!

    Yeah Odom!

  • Drive Safe!

Student safety is in the driver's hands. Leave the house early enough so you are not rushed. Stay in line while flowing through the parking lot to the "stop, drop, and go" curb. Pull up, as far as possible, while wishing your child a good day. Be cautious as you drive to and from school. Children are precious!
