Nutrition Services has made it easier for families to apply for 2010 - 11 school year free or reduced priced mals.  Apply online anytime using an Internet enabled computer.  You can complete and submit an application in minutes!

Applications are also available at our website to download, at Nutrition Services Center at 1305 Charles Street, at the district's administrative offices at 520 Fifth Avenue and at your school.

You may download the application, print it, complete the information, sign and return the form to your student's school or to the Nutrition Services Center at 1305 Charles Street.

Applications are scanned for processing. Please use black or dark blue ink and follow application instructions. Failure to do so may delay the processing and determination of your application.

A new application must be completed each school year. We cannot process applications completed on outdated forms. Please be sure your application form states "2010-11." Failure to do so will delay the processing of your application.

Please take the time to read the application instructions. Failure to accurately complete an application may cause a processing delay. Allow up to ten days for processing from the time your application is received at the Nutrition Services Center.
