The FNSB School District is pleased to announce that our 403(b) Plan compliance services will be provided by CPI Common Remitter Services (CPI). 

The Salary Reduction Agreement Form (now called the Elective Deferral and Vendor Election Form) is contained within the appropriate packets attached (New Hire Enrollment Packet and the Existing Employee Enrollment Forms).   Forms are also available for a loan or  hardship withdrawal and employees are encouraged to contact CPI's Participant Service Center (PSC) at 1-877-488-4040.  or contract exchange voucher forms, please contact CPI’s Participant Service Center (PSC) at 1-877-488-4040. The PSC is available to all School District employees from 4am to 4pm AST. Tell them you are an employee of Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. Our plan number is 100705.

Distributions and rollovers (out of the plan) will be approved by School District staff by signing the investment provider’s form. For distribution or rollover approval, contact Dawn Maranville in Human Resources (ext. 382) or Colleen Fitzgerald in Accounting Services (ext. 312).

Once a participant has opened an account, he/she can request transactions on-line rather than via paper forms.
