REACH, (Respecting Ethnic And Cultural Heritage) focuses on the basic principles for a multicultural society and on understanding prejudice, power, and diversity.
Nationally certified REACH trainers provide training which:

• promotes cultural self-awareness and understanding
• engages the participant in group and individual activities that serve to examine multicultural education and history
• provides strategies in implementing these concepts into the classroom
• Examines "isms" - racism, sexism, elitism, and etc.
