Appeal Process Steps
- Inform the staff member of your concerns. Seek a way to solve the problem together.
- If the issue cannot be solved with the staff member, speak to the principal. Give the school time to thoughtfully and skillfully look for good ways to address your concern.
- If after working through the issue with staff and principal you continue to have concerns, then the assistant superintendent will hear the appeal and investigate.
