ANE PAC Regular Meeting
The Alaska Native Education Parent Advisory Committee meets regularly during the school year to review activities, concerns and needs of the program. The committee is made up of five parents of Native children to be served, one teacher representative and one student representative.
Everyone is invited and welcome to participate. Parents, educators and elders are elected to the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) for Indian Education Title VII, to represent the Native community. The PAC identifies and prioritizes the educational needs of the Alaska Native and American Indian students in the district. The committee collaborates with the school district to develop and evaluate the grant funded program.
